Student admitted to Peking University, landlord waives rent and rewards RMB 30,000 - with audio version

On July 26, after a landlord in Lixin County, Bozhou, Anhui Province learned that a candidate who had rented his own house was admitted to Peking University, he not only waived the rent but also gave his child a 30,000 yuan scholarship out of his own pocket. On the 27th, the landlord told reporters that he was happy that his child was admitted to Peking University.
